Refunds & cancellations

• →Hours never expire. Unused hours stay yours, indefinitely.
• →Cancel a session more than 24 hours ahead — your hours go straight back to your balance. No penalty.
• →Cancel inside 24 hours, or don't show up — the hours for that session are forfeited. I held the time for you; if it goes unused, it's gone.
• →Consultations. Your ₹16,000 books a specific 90-minute slot I hold for you. If I ever need to cancel, you're refunded in full. If you cancel or don't show, the consultation isn't refunded — but reach out and I'll do my best to find you another time.
• →It's all on the ledger. You can always see exactly what you bought, used, and have left.
